What if my logo isn't print-ready?

We can clean it up. If you have a low-res social-media JPG, our designer rebuilds it as a vector before printing — included free in the proof process. The proof you approve is the artwork that ships.

How do I clean and store the sign?

Wipe the surface with a damp microfiber cloth — no abrasives, no alcohol-based cleaners (they degrade the printed logo). Store in the included carrying case in a dry environment. Battery should be charged to 50-60% if storing for more than 30 days to extend battery health.
